PACE Career Centre is a research-led organisation. Our work is informed through research performed by the PACE Research Institute which is the research arm of PACE Career Centre. 

PACE Research Institute undertakes ad hoc research projects to advance career development.

PACE Institute has associates in several African countries which provide us with the capacity to conduct regional research.

PACE Career Centre has played a central role in establishing the South African National Career Advice Service. We use this knowledge to assist clients with their career development strategies, policies and frameworks. Our work assists in aligning the skills needs of our country with career guidance practice.
